Is World Pass a subscription?
No. The listed price is a single payment for the complete session collection, personal color tuning, and high-resolution exports. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.
How do I use it on another device?
Your receipt includes a private pass key. Open this page on the other browser and enter the key. One pass supports up to 5 linked browsers. Your private reflections and captured moment images stay on the device where you made them.
What happens if I clear my cookies?
Your browser’s anonymous identity will be reset. Keep your pass key somewhere safe so you can restore paid access. Device-local journal notes can be downloaded as a backup from your session log.
Can I get a refund?
Send a refund request through the support form within 14 days of your purchase. Include your order reference and the email used at checkout. Approved refunds deactivate the associated World Pass.
